How to get your Parcel2Go Client ID and Client secret
Connect Parcel2Go to book couriers and print labels.
8 steps · Last checked 11 October 2026
What to open
Each button opens the right page on the other company's site in a new tab, so you can keep these steps open beside it.
Steps
These are the same steps you see beside the settings in your shop's back office.
- Press one of the buttons above and sign in. Sandbox is a separate test account where bookings cost nothing; Live is your normal account. If the page doesn't open, sign in and go to My account › API.
- Press Create API Client.
- In Grant Type, choose Client Credentials. Don't use "Authorization Code": that one has no secret and won't work here.
- In Application Name, type a name you'll recognise, for example Tillzy (letters, numbers and spaces only).
- If it asks for a website address, enter your shop's web address, for example your shop's web address.
- Press Create API Client. Parcel2Go shows a Client ID and a Client secret. Copy both straight away, as the secret may only be shown once.
- Paste them into the boxes below. Set Account type to match where you made them (Sandbox or Live).
- Tick Enable on orders and press Save and check. The badge at the top turns to On when it works.
Where it goes in Tillzy
In your shop's back office the same steps sit beside the boxes you fill in. This is a made-up demo shop.
Good to know
Stuck? Email [email protected] and ask for API access with the Client Credentials grant. Keep the secret private: only paste it into this page.
